Shipping and returns

Order processing

Please allow a few days to process your order. Expect an email within a week to let you know your order is on the way!

 

Pickup

Orders can be picked up after agreement. Please choose the option at check out and get in touch for a suitable time at records@richardandersson.dk.

 

Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within one week using Postnord.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The general prices are (but may vary):

Denmark

CDs are sent as letter post (untracked).

LPs are sent to a service point (pakkeshop) and costs DKK 48.

International shipping

I ship international.

CDs are sent as letter post (untracked) and costs DKK 48.

LPs are sent as letter post (untracked) and costs DKK 96.

LP’s can be sent as a registered letter internationally for DKK 148.

 

Taxes and duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Richard Andersson/Hobby Horse Records is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Refunds, returns and exchanges

I accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at records@richardandersson.dk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
